Elicitors of Allergies and Intolerance Reactions







DLA 01 - 9/2016:
2 Samples with Allergens
in a Food Matrix, as pastry, chocolate or wine, are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination. One sample was prepared adding the "Spiking Material Sample", which contains the allergenic ingredients in a simple matrix and which could be analyzed as well. The evaluation of results will be qualitative and quantitative. For information DLA calculates a recovery rate for the "positive"-sample and the "Spiking Material Sample". Any suitable method can be applied for analysis.

in a simple Carrier Matrix are provided. The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and the spiking of samples. For analysis ELISA (+ Lateral Flow) and PCR can be applied.
